Lizzie Hancock here. I’m a freelance content writer and editor based in the UK. I love chocolate and am a devil for digestive biscuits!
I’m passionate about volunteering and also hold a Psychology and History BSc and an MA in History from the Universities of Gloucestershire and Warwick respectively.
I’ve written for a multitude of fantastic websites and companies. This includes writing for a legal automation software company, an e-commerce site, and a dog training site.
I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 18 months old, and am a wheelchair user. Here, I hope to share a fresh and exciting new perspective on living with disabilities.
I’m open to working with any companies who would like a disability consultant to help improve what they’re offering.
One example I can think of would be for an airline or airport, but I would be happy to give advice to any organisation or company who wish to improve things for disabled people, and think advice from a disabled person would be helpful in that endeavour. I can also give you insight into how people with more severe and different disabilities to my own, drawn from my experience of being around other disabled people all my life.
Please feel free to contact me if this is of interest.
